E & B Engineering and Consultanting is a growing organization of Civil Engineers. We currently have two experienced Civil Engineers in our office, and will soon add a third experienced engineer. These men are highly qualified and especially enjoy bridge design.
Our goal is to assist cities and counties in the four state area with bridge design and rehabilitation. We take the time to look at all the details before we finalize plans, thus saving countless hours and dollars once the project is let out for bids.
Before the plans are put on paper, we do a detailed analysis of the site and the requirements for the project. We take extensive measurements and make observations that assist in the decision making process. This attention to detail prevents problems further down the line and usually eliminates the need for costly change orders.
An example of how a problem can be avoided is when the plan calls for pile to be driven and the discovery is made that there is a rock shelf in that very area, making pile driving impossible. A change order and revision of the plans would be necessary, causing delays and added expense.
We include you every step of the way and keep you informed of progress. We provide inspection of the job once construction is started and take pictures to document that construction is performed according to the detailed plans provided by our engineers.
Our engineers will also provide expert liaison services between governmental agencies, railroads, and other entities to expedite the project. We can provide engineering services for water treatment facilities, waste water treatment, storm sewers and sewers, lift stations, and street design in addition to bridges.
